Guest Chef, Antonino Marsiglia, from Palermo will show you how to make true Sicilian eggplant caponata and discuss authentic Sicilian cuisine.
Simona Normand of Nada’s Italy, will translate for Chef Antonino and share her love for this region of Italy, where she calls home.
There will be pictures of the sights and destinations experienced on Nada’s Italy Sizzling Sicily Tour for you to enjoy, making you feel as if you’re there!
