We have four different types of spaces available for lease. Check below for descriptions and let us know what best suits you.

Permanent
Otherwise referred to “anchor” tenants, these vendors will occupy spaces around the periphery and hold longer leases (2+ years). Specific functions might include: prepared foods, cheese shop, bakery, wine bar, café, ice cream and seafood. There are approximately 5 of these opportunities in the market.

Annual Stall
Starting at 8’x8’ in size, these spaces are located in the back and center interior of the market, near the butcher/seafood area and the produce consignment space. There are approximately 8 of these opportunities in the market. These stalls can be built out (by the vendor) in compliance with forthcoming stall design guidelines. Inventory can be left in these spaces overnight.

Monthly Stall
Starting at 8’x8’ in size, these spaces are located in the back interior of the market, near the butcher/seafood area and the produce consignment space. There are approximately 4 of these opportunities in the market. These stalls can be built out (by the vendor) in compliance with forthcoming stall design guidelines. Inventory can be left in these spaces overnight.

Daily/Occasional Table*
Starting at 8’x8’ in size, these spaces are located in the front of the market, near the café and restaurant area. There are approximately 8 of these opportunities in the market. No overnight inventory is permitted.

* Note: Day vendors must have an approved application on file in order to vend.  Policies for reserving day tables are to be determined once we have more input on vendor governance.
